[Imc-birmingham] Proposal to list brumstar in the campaigns column

Alright,

I'm proposing we list the website for the brummagem star paper 
(brumstar.org) in the left hand column of our site.
For anyone who isn't familiar with the brummagem star, it's a grassroots 
paper that's recently started in birmingham, and they've contributed 
lots of stuff to the newswire.
