Done. The img was a bit big so i resized it to fit. I uploaded it on our
server and linked to that instead of linking to the original.

Also, the banners include file has been added to the our cvs template so
that we can add more banners/links more easily whenever we want. This is
now done through the banners.inc file with a normal html image-link
command, similar to how we add events to the calendar.
