[Imc-birmingham] meet up?

Hi,

Is it worth it meeting up next week to discuss/agree on some common
grounds as IMC Brum to take that to the network meeting in 2 weeks?

I'd propose next Thursday, Jan 31st, at the MAC, at 7pm.

For the agenda, i'd propose the following items:
- What do we want from IMC Brum?
- How can we make it more active/relevant?
- How does/could it relate to the UK network?
Anything else?

Please come along and bring your ideas and proposals.
