On Saturday 7th June, the 3rd annual, independant Redditch Green Fair
will be bigger and better than ever! With 20+ stalls, childrens fun
activities, music, free vegan food samples, alternative therapists and
lots more...

The event will take place in and around St Stephens Church in the heart
of the town centre, from 10.30am - 3pm. The fair aims to promote
sustainable, eco-friendly living by providing a range of green products,
fairtrade goods, organic produce, natural gifts etc combined with lots of
useful information to help everyone live a cleaner, greener, more ethical
and healthier life! Admission is free.

The event has been timed to coincide with World Environment Day on
Thursday 5th June. WED is a global day of awareness raising, organised by
the United Nations. The WED slogan for 2008 is `Kick the Habit! Towards a
Low Carbon Economy`.

SUGGESTIONS FOR STALLS & ATTRACTIONS

event, please don`t keep them to yourself, we would love to hear from
you! Perhaps you run a local `green` company/organisation and would like

ORGANISERS OF THE EVENT
The Redditch Green Fair is made possible thanks to the combined efforts
of volunteers from various local green groups, who originally joined
forces to stage the 2006 Fair, under the banner of Redditch Green
Alliance. Since then, the groups involved have continued to work together
on various issues and have changed our name to Redditch Alliance of
Greens(RAG). The alliance comprises local environmental, ethical and
social justice groups, all working towards a more sustainable town and
planet.
