[Imc-birmingham] Fundraiser idea

Hey,

We've never had a fundraiser for birmingham indymedia and we've never 
given any money as a collective to the server fund. There's also 
currently an urgent call to raise money for the server costs after the 
cops seized an imcuk server without a warrant.
