[Imc-birmingham] Feature: Barclays and Investors Drop HLS

I'd like to propose a feature based on Barclays and three other investors
dropping HLS shares, decreasing LSR stock owned by institutional
shareholders to 12% and putting HLS $4 million below the NYSE minimum
listing standard (their only stock exchange).
