[IMC-Boston-Discuss] Proposal: General meeting this week or next Sun. 7/24?

Do we really need to meet early? August 7 isn't that far away. We 
should definitely decide how to divy up the money, but unless one of 
the working groups has a burning need for money soon, it seems like 
this could wait until the normal meeting date. -- Matt
