Assuming PIPEX are used by BIMC, I would _telephone_ PIPEX at this point.
It could be a scam -- somebody could have hacked the site or hijacked
the IP address -- in order to harvest peoples' PIPEX passwords.
It's probably legitimate, but best to be sure.
