Hi,

I have tried to access the site several times over the last few days,
and waits of over 2 minutes have rarely resulted in anything but 500
errors or timeouts. It does seem that the slowness has become worse just
recently.

Mmmark has said that his mirror is basically ready to go. What needs to
be done to make the transition happen? I am happy to help out wherever I
can - having had comments from a few people who used to use it
regularly, it appears that the site is effectively dead at the moment.
