[Imc-bristol-tech] Links not working

Hi,
In http://bristol.indymedia.org/newswire/display/22130/index.php, I found that
"Comment on this article"
(http://bristol.indymedia.org/newswire/display/22130/index.php#quickcomment)
brings back the same page. 
Then I went to the contact page:
http://bristol.indymedia.org/mod/info/display/contact/imc-bristol-tech@lists.indymedia.org
clicked on the "Technical: imc-bristol-tech at lists.indymedia.org" and the page
changed over to the same page instead of taking me to the email client.
Question:
Is this some problem at your end or my computer is telling me it is f*****?
Please let me know as I want to put a comment on that subject and if there is
something wrong in me puter I got to put it right. Thank you for the time and
patience.
