[Imc-bristol-tech] publish bug on all browsers

Hello,

I have the publish bug on I.E, Mozilla, and Opera.

I.E version : 6.0.2800.1166
Opera version : 7.54
Mozilla version : 1.5.0.2

roughly the same problem on each. The word publish exists in normal 
type, surrounding by a box outline, except on I.E there is no box 
outline.

I almost always experience all bugs on all, or at least two browsers, 
and personally see no evidence for the fashionable assumption which is 
made, which is to assume bugs are somehow I.E specific.
