[Imc-bristol-tech] IE 6.0 bug with publish Icon

The bug i reported before, where the publish icon is missing ansd 
the space drawn for it is over-large is still happening.  I tested 
it on a computer with IE 6.0 yesterday that had not loaded the site 
beofore and the bug was there. (see image)
