hi all
Meetings
i for one cant commit to first-x-of-every-month cos i work quite a few
odd evenings either teaching or at cube. also, we've gone round the
houses on this before, and if we do wednesday, so-n-so cant come,
tuesdays someone else cant etc. etc. thats why we've been keeping it
moving, so people who are tied up on whatever night arent excluded.
whereas groups like stop the war rely on word-of-mouth to an extent for
meetings, and so i can see why they have regular time&place (as per my
last mail on this subject), b-imc relies to more of an extent on email
and the website for publicising meetings so we are well able to be
flexible - and sometimes we dont have to meet so regularly, othertimes
like planning for media day, we have to meet more frequently.
for me, its a strength of imc that meetings, and hopefully everything
else can be flexible.
Anyway
anyone else have a view on this?
