Hello Kyra,

I remember now that people did have problems with fixed dates, & you're 
right that the nature of BIMC is more flexible (emails, newswire).

The point I would stick to would be a fixed venue. It's necessary to 
remember that Bristol's bus service is a complete travesty. Unless 
you're travelling along the A38 It's almost impossible to get places 
without taking 2 buses (or more) or a Taxi, or a car. So the idea of 
taking up to 4 buses on a round trip would be a nightmare. I'm sure 
people will now offer me lifts :o), but if we're to attract newcomers we 
need a somewhere easily accessible to all, & the nature of Bristol means 
the central area is it.
