I seem to remember this was discussed in the meeting before last - the one where Tom(?) came along to defend his article about bimc.  I commented on the "potential" conflict of interest of having article writers administering the site and Tony said that as far as he was concerned he didn't paricularly want admin/moderator access and was quite happy to concentrate on writing articles.
