[IMC-bristol] meetings and reconciliation

I think the trip south of the river is a great plan - I don't know
either of those pubs, but they are both near stackpool road by the look
of it, so it's not that far even for us armchair hackers... Bicycle anyone?

I really enjoyed the meetings at the farm, and the duke of cambridge
last year, although nobody came to the old fox :(

I think it would go a long way if t.g. could voluntarily sort out
signing off the uk bank account and the global communications list and
yes, and I'd be happy if he kept away from the next meeting so we can
concentrate on other stuff. We should then have a meet up and work out
how everyone can work together without further problems. Some of these
issues seem to go back years, before I became involved in bimc at least,
but I think we have a very strong group and we will be able to help
everyone resolve their differences.

Today bristol tomorrow the world - perhaps we should contact sf-imc to
see if we can exchange ideas or something. They seemed to be asking for
help with conflict resolution, so those ideas on process could feed into
the global project quite nicely.

I know dave from uk was staying not far away and had showed interest in
coming over for a social - it would be great to get him to feedback on
progress with the uk and london groups for those that had the chance to
meet him. Also to plan something for the festivals in the summer as
well maybee.

We could do with some pictures and a flyer for the next film night at
the cube - they show the programme info on the screen before all their
events:

It would be good to get some to give out at the meeting on the 15th.

Cheers,

Mike
