This conference is in Washington not in the Chicago area. We are
quite open to helping cover conferences and events in the Chicago
area. Even if it were in Chicago, the focus of the inquiry seems to
be on web streaming rather than recording. Unless the information
needs to be up to the minute or the conference is interactive,
recording with uploads within several days is a lot easier to produce
with higher quality. The discussion forwarded also focuses on video
and we are the audio collective. Audio remains more accessible and
usable by a much larger number of people than web video. Spoken word
programming lends itself well to audio. It may be useful to consider
your focus on video as the means of capturing the conference.
