[Imc-chicago] REMINDER: Children of the Incarcerated Forums

Community Renewal Society cordially invites you to join us and our community partners in a discussion about the Children of the Incarcerated campaign, which will involve those who are coping with and challenging the effects of parental incarceration. The forum will focus on the children of the incarcerated, who are disproportionately poor, African American and Latino. For many, their lives are shaped by the same cycle of recidivism that ensnares their incarcerated parents, leaving children of the incarcerated bound by poverty, violence, uncertainty and deprivation.  Locations include Humboldt Park (TONIGHT), Englewood (THURSDAY, JULY 12th) and Austin neighborhoods (AUGUST 7th).
