Iraqi Art Proudly presents
Glittering in Shadows
An exhibition of paintings by Afghan Hazaras,
now refugees in Quetta, Pakistan
As is so vividly portrayed in the novel The Kite Runner, and the
film of the same name, Hazaras are the most persecuted people in Afghanistan
Now you have the unique opportunity to view the art of this ancient, noble and peaceful people, and to support them in their plight. The paintings are stunningly beautiful portraits and landscapes of life in Afghanistan; its culture, people and lands.
65% of art sales go directly to the artists and their families
