[Imc-cleveland] "Baby" Hidden?

there's an article entitled "Baby" which has been moved to the local section.  I was going to hide it because it seems like nothing more than an advertisement for a play.  Before I did, however, I wanted to check with whoever switched it to "local" and see if i'm missing something.
