There is not a cleveland-tech list, and
http://cleveland.indymedia.org/process/contact.php lists
imc-tech as the technical contact address.

I think that should be changed to something more
appropriate (does cleveland even have anyone on
the global imc-tech list?)

If nobody in cleveland wants to get those mails,
staughton-tech could be used.
