[Imc-cleveland] new banner for the site

hey everybody...

so, after two years of goading sarah at the allied media conference to use
her graphic-magic-know-how to create a new imc banner (out of my idea of
course) she has come through big time.  i've sent a copy of it to stav to
put up on the site.  i (and i think we) hope you all like it, it's relevent
to clevelands' past...chime in when you see it.  it's been so long that
we've had kilroy and the dead fish.....
