SUBJECT: Lawsuit Threat - Please Advise
In response to recent neo-nazi activity in the area,
Cleveland indymedia has recently received several
posts regarding NA (National Alliance) activity in the
Ohio area. One anonymous article, found at
http://cleveland.indymedia.org/news/2006/02/18937.php
contains a list of names, addresses & phone numbers of
persons and businesses followed by short descriptions
of alleged financial support to the NA. Also, a small
flame war had risen on the same article string, which
included several comments regarding Erika Gliebe, the
wife of NA ex-leader Erich Gliebe. She has sent us
the following emails (copied below) threatening legal
action. We would appreciate any advise or analysis
you could offer regarding the legal risks we're taking
if we do not hide any or all of this material. Thank
you.
