[Imc-cleveland] Easy access to local section a must.

sometimes we get behind on updating the articles. we have gone different
routes in the past on the whole newswire thingy. it used to be any
submission that was automaticly on top. that gave us headaches, so we
instituted the selection process for local news. there are eight or so
editors who can promote stories to local at any time (or post features which
is a little more open than some collective's policies). but sometimes we
all fail to check the site on the same day or days. it's a call to
vigilance for sure, but if you would like to discuss any changes in our
policy i think it would be good to discuss on sunday april 1st...at
noon...at talkies...at the monthly meeting...when all the planets conspire
to rain powerfull gifts of communication and progress on us all.

sorry, i just read my horoscope,
kris
