[Imc-cleveland] a number of issues

1. i downgraded the local wire stories about carol to "other" and someone
put them back up in "local".  who did this and why?  i asked earlier and
only jeff responded.  please tell us why you think it's important to have
the stories displayed twice on the same page.  if you have time to fiddle
with the newswire, you can certainly respond to this.

2.  i just went in and deleted chrystine's account.  i did this for two
reasons, primarily, i wanted to see how easy it would be for anyone to
delete other users.  by the way, all you have to do is click the "delete"
button and they're GONE.  secondly, i did this because i thought she would
be the best test case, having not been around for a while, and if she wants
it back it won't be a problem.  But this raises a problem in my opinion.
How secure is our access to our own site?

3. We aren't the most popular collective in the imc family, hell, i don't
even like most of you (you know who you are -- jesse), but we have been
consistent over the last few years and that's nothing to shake the
proverbial stick at.  i think we should continue this consistency.  we have
a three meeting rule for adminstrator access.  let's stay with it.

4. i guess the number of ideas was three.
