[Imc-cleveland] IMC Website Codebase Upgrade

hello fine cleveland imc website users,

  the imc website codebase, the set of software
programs colectively called sf-active, is able to be
upgraded to a new version (specifically from 0.9.2 to
0.9.4) which would help with eliminating calendar
spam.

  a preliminary testing period will take place today,
saturday 25th november 2006 starting at noon local
cleveland time.  if you can, please publish an article
and add a celendar event to test the new system
saturday afternoon.
