i think the problem you are seeing is that you can't do multiple 
simultaneous calendar deletions or else the server will grind to a halt. 
please do not do this, because it disrupts all of the sites we host, not 
just cleveland.

if we can upgrade the cleveland IMC sf-active code which is way out of 
date, we can improve this situation, spam and otherwise.  it would be a 
big help to everyone if someone from cleveland with a little bit of php 
or linux knowledge could take responsibility for the site, that is the 
only way this will be sustainable.
