[Imc-climate-organising] PROPOSAL: New Theme + upgrade to drupal 5.1

it's probably a good time to upgrade to drupal 5.1, while the site is
still pretty simple. I want to add a few modules (image_assist, some
taxonomy modules), but that makes upgrading a bit harder. as far as I
know, there's not reason NOT to update apart from it being a bit of
work, and there are a few reasons to update.

in that case, we need to update the theme, as 4.7.x themes aren't
compatible with 5.x themes. I would propose roughly keeping the same
theme (colours+layout), but re-doing it from scratch, as the current
theme is clunky and has a few bugs.

anyone want to help? anyone have suggestions on how the theme could
change for the better?

I'm going to leave this open until after the weekend, then we can extend
discussion time, or I'll just make a start, with or without help.
