[Imc-climate-organising] IMC Climate in spanish

Ned -just what I thought, do a front page specific to the Spanish 
language, where you can access by topic, news in Spanish (fossil fuels, 
climate justice, carbon debt, etc.) If you support with technical, I 
support the translation.

Ned -Es justo lo que pensaba, hacer un front page especifico para el 
idioma español, desde donde se puedan acceder por tema, las noticias en 
español (combustible fosiles, justicia climatica, deuda de carbono, etc) 
Si tu apoyas con lo tecnico, yo apoyo con la traduccion.
