[Imc-climate-organising] IMC Climate in spanish

IF THERE'S NO DISSENT, I WILL REMOVE THESE LANGUAGES:
Arabic, Chinese, Danish, Finnish, Greek, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese
(Brazil) Portuguese (Portugal), Romanian, Turkish
This is because these languages currently have no content. We can
re-enable them as requested.

Jorge, what's your username on CIMC? I will make you a translator. Also,
see my contact details at the bottom of this email.

At the moment, the language options are set so that the front page will
have articles from the user's language if it's available, and the
default site language (english). It will prefer the user's langage if
it's available (like this: http://climateimc.org/de ).

We can make it ONLY user's language, but I think that's not a good idea
until there's a lot more content translated.

It would be good to get all the main bits translated for as many
languages as possible:
http://climateimc.org/de/welcome-climate-indymedia
and the donation block.
