[imc-cms] PROPOSAL: new imc-cms list at lists.indymedia.org

Hi all,

There's been some confusion, at least on irc, about the list for the 
new imc cms.

Here's the proposal I sent earlier to the techmeet.org list, but as it 
turns out, I wasn't yet a member of that list, so my post was either 
moderated or discarded.

In the meantime, looks like folks have subscribed here.  My thought would 
be to discuss this on the techmeet list, but as mentioned the archives are 
currently closed.

I guess either subscribe to the techmeet list or voice your thoughts on 
#cms.
