i think this is a good proposal, thank you for your facilitation. :)
i would add one point (and shift the summary to 6.), IMHO this point
seems to need discussing since a conflict occurred on this:
5. See if we can find rough consensus for the wiki culture we want to
use on the wiki pages for communicating and describing our process,
especially for pages which look like summaries or syntheses.
Also, i think we should add 2.1:
2.1 see if some people can put some numerical "scores" on

as people did for the other 6 systems
Then, the old 5. becomes 6.:
