I think, Zapatas point and fear of ending up in the same situation as  
we have with Mir now, is still our main problem we have to solve on  
the organizing level.

I think the concept of a distributed CMS is something many developer  
might find very interesting. The CCC Congress here in Berlin was a  
wonderful opportunity to talk to some people about the idea. Everyone  
was surprised  by the structure, problems and solutions we are  
working on.

Getting the concept and there properties and goals more detailed and  
easy to understand should gives us the possibility to invite more  
developer into the project BEFORE we start to write the code.

if we can acomplish to get at least 5-10 Developers for php, ice,  
cake, cherrypy, python interested...

This would give us a much better possibility to go for what we call  
the "3rd Way" Plan C...
