[imc-cms] An article on some of the challenges we face

Hi everybody,

We've had extensive discussions in London over the past two years
regarding Indymedia code development efforts, but we've never written
any of it down.  I've written up some of the substance of our
discussions in an article, with reference to the recent block of a
Knight Foundation grant application.  The viewpoints expressed are mine,
