[imc-cms] An article on some of the challenges we face

thanks for sharing.
We need to prepare a summary of rio, I would like to ask the people who were in rio,
if we can meet and put the info together, there are somethings already documented on 
the FAQ page and around, we need to group all this info and prepare a good presentation
to the rest of the list and the network.
Can we meet for an hour on irc to talk about it?
just to organize this work so it can get done fast? most of the ppl that was away have
come back and techmeet list is working again, so we could start this part now.
