Hi welcome strypey,

I think is about time to call for a meeting so we can discuss how to compile
all the info we have so far for imc-cms, also discuss how to make a call to
invite more people to help on the project and to present the project to the
network.
Another good topic is how we will organize ourselves so when new people arrive
we can point them to the groups or task team they should join according with
what they want to help out with.
For the prove of concept we organized ourselves in 3 teams - zapata was the
manager :PP (just kidding).
1. front end - cakephp + joomla (ryan)
2. connecting php with ice+python (yossarian, zapata, ekes)
3. ice server and producer (occam and toya)

Please correct me if I am wrong! There is a lot of good information on techmeet
page (http://techmeet.org) also at: http://dev.bunke.indymedia.org/
and some info are just at people's personal servers, like graphics etc.

We need to put all this together and start planing the next-steps (call and presentation
of the project to the network, organize working groups, build schedules etc).

So should we arrange a meeting for next sunday? What people think of it?

Bye,
toya
