[Imc-colombia-tech] Spam on *.indymedia.org

Our site (https://issues.apache.org/jira) was recently link-spammed with URLs to porn spam on various indymedia.org sites, eg:

I guess you're running some sort of forums software that doesn't have a captcha. It would be good to delete this spam before it kills your google rankings.
