I think the rules should be less strict for this list. There has been some
discussion about the difficulty of getting people involved in the global lists,
so I think the intention to work with an indymedia is sufficient. If he becomes
abusive, or posts irrelevant material, then he can be unsubscribed.

I took his survey, only after he sent me very professional documentation about
the research project. I believe that the research is genuine, and may help the
global collective to be more inclusive and newbie-friendly in its processes.
