Bonjour,

N'intervenant plus au niveau local dans le réseau et donc a fortiori 
encore moins au sein des dispositifs de new-imc-process, je souhaiterais 
toutefois formuler une observation concernant les projets de cmi 
thématiques globaux.
Je crois que si leur intérêt devait s'imposer, ce qui semble en bonne 
voie,  ils mériteraient sur un point précis, de déroger aux règles qui 
s'appliquent au décisions au sein du réseau, faute de quoi la 
décentralisation de ce réseau n'aurait plus vraiment cours.
Je veux parler du fait que sur le principe, ces collectifs ne devraient 
pas pouvoir, même au titre d'une liaison, disposer du moindre pouvoir de 
blocage sur new-imc ou imc-process. Car dans ce cas, le réseau 
accorderait à une entité internationale les prérogatives convenues comme 
réservées aux seuls cmis locaux, ce qui fonde en quelque sorte 
l'équilibre décentralisé même de ce réseau.
Ceci signifie probablement qu'il y ait matière à élaborer un statut 
particulier pour ces cmis thématiques.  Je ne crois pas qu'ils puissent 
participer à l'agrément ou au refus de l'adhésion d'un cmi local au réseau.
Je crois qu'il irait dans l'intérêt de leur propre processus d'adhésion 
qu'ils agréent d'eux-mêmes à cela.

Hello,

Not participating at a local level in the network anymore and so even 
less within new-imc-process, I would like however to point an 
observation concerning the projects of imcs set arround global topics.
I believe that if their interest were to be essential, what seems in 
good way,  they would deserve on a precise point, to derogate from the 
rules which apply to the decisions within the network, or else the 
decentralization of this network would not have any more meaning.
I want to speak owing to the fact that on the principle, these 
collectives should not be able, even through a liaison, to have the 
least capacity of blocking on new-imc or imc-process. Because in this 
case, the network would only grant to an international entity the 
prerogatives agreed to be those of local imcs what melts to some extent 
the decentralized balance even of this network.
This means that probably there is special status to elaborate for global 
topics imc. I don't believe they may be part of any decision regarding 
approval or denial for a local imc to integrate or being kicked off the 
network.
It would certainly facilitate their own process if they would agree to 
this.
