Hello,

My name is Colleen, and I am a member of the UCIMC Video Group. I was 
disappointed in the recent controversy that stemmed from a statement made at 
the Urbana-Champaign IMC with regards to the UCIMC being the "headquarters 
of the Indymedia network", and I am joining the list to emphasize my 
solidarity with the global IMC movement. I hope that we can rebuild the 
trust we lost and create stronger bonds between the UCIMC Video Group and 
other IMCs, both nationally and internationally. I look forward to learning 
more about the global movement.
