[Imc-communication] Imc-belgium block of german RENEWED PROPOSAL (Belgium-Case)

Hi,

This block seems completely surrealist. A block of last minute, abusive
interpretations, without any taking into account of a search for shared
solution...

I think that in such a situation, a blocking on behalf of the collective
belgium does not have any value. If not, it induces a total incapacity
to function and can lead only to impossibility of solving the problems,
with total impotence of action.

But perhaps that the goal is to play this game during months and months
(years?) and to await an end by exhaustion ...

Bye
Denis
