As far as I know about consensual decision making, this "consensus minus
one" is common to quite a lot of groups (e.g. in germany within the
people wo peacfully blockade the trains with radioactive rubbish) and
imho it's the best way of dealing with the current situation.
Also regarding the fact that I see no real alternative proposal and even
little understanding of the complexity of the situation (necessity of
hierarchical equal imcs in belgium) on side of the belgium.indymedia.org
- collective.

So I'd like to ask anybody (due to a lack of time in the moment) to
create a wiki, where the static page can be designed...
And regarding the issue of mediation, I'd like to say that as far as I
know it's not possible to be one of the parties involved AND mediator.
First of all, the parties should agree on:
- IF everybody wants mediation ?
- Who are the persons that could be the mediators (and the mediators
should, in my humble opinion, arrange the whole setting of mediation) ?
Sorry that I, due to lack of time again, couldn't provide as much as I
wanted to concerning working at the preparations of a possible mediation
process, and probably this lack of time (and energy) will not change in
the next months...
But I'd very much like to hear/read the voices from the other local
belgium collectives... how do they feel & think about the current
situation, development and possibilities in future.
love&solidarity
Ben
P.S.: ...and to be clear with the meaning of the word mediation: In the
moment, my very personal impression is, that it looks more like a case
of arbitration to me (at least concerning the url).
