i think that imc-uruguay has understood very well what was intended by
the uk, at least from where i sit ;-) the key point _is_ (for me) that
we are working using these principles at the moment, they are not
perfect, but let's please just acknowledge that we use them, and _then_
we can work to improve them. but that will be an even bigger discussion,
i'd guess!
