Yes, Hmm. What doesn't seem clear (maybe the proposal needs to de 
refined and re-expressed again), and what han seems to be proposing is that:

1. Not only should http://belgium.indymedia.org/ point temporarily to 
the neutral static page, but so should http://liege.indymedia.org/, 
http://wvl.indymedia.org/, http://ovl.indymedia.org/, and 
http://antwerpen.indymedia.org/ - in other words "a static page 
_linking_ to *and*from* all Belgian IMCs equally".

2. The proposal is for this to be step 1 in a mediation/facilitation 
process. So, to proceed, all the belgian collectives need to formally 
agree to enter into the mediation/facilitation process on this basis.

3. As regards the 'temporary' part, does it not seem reasonable to 
suggest a (revisable) time-limit to the mediation process and hence on 
the static site?


Note: I shall be explaining all this again to the canarias collective. 
It will take time, and I have little time with which to make the 
translation to spanish (castellano) at present (and i'm not a native 
spanish speaker). Can anyone take this on, please?
