Ok, to straighten things out. The Proposal by IMC Germany was *not* to
"neutralize" all the websites of the local IMCs in Belgium, but *only*
http://belgium.indymedia.org/

So to sum up:

http://belgium.indymedia.org/ becomes a static page with links to *all*
local IMCs in Belgium *and* to the current belgium.indymedia.org
collective (which has to choose a new name and a new subdomain, or they
use their own indymedia.be domain for that).

I thought this was made very clear in the proposal and in the summary by
the imc-process-facil group...
