Andypie mail was clear, at least to me. It was a rather principal
request he made. Even then, you choose not to reply to the fact that you
post and maintain blacklists online.

You put knowingly not only people in danger but also the Indymedia
global network (the servers) in a very difficult legal position.
I don't know of other countries, but this lists are *explicitly*
forbidden by law here (Privacy law 8 December 1992, art. 6, can be read
at full in french here: http://www.cass.be/cgi_loi/loi_F.pl?cn=1992120832).

We also have the honour to be featured in a neo-nazi website with names
and links to addresses. Living in a city where 33% votes for the racist
extreme-right, this is not to be taken lightly.

Please be aware that even a third person or organisation can make a
official complain about your blacklist and put you and the indymedia
servers in danger, *even* if we as imc-belgium would oppose to this.
This opens the doors for attacks from the outside.

The explanation for your actions is very weak. Specially if we read the
reasons why people got blacklisted. You do a google-search on the ptb.be
domain and everyone mentioned seems to be a member. According to your
logic is even Chomsky a member. With his 401 google-links, he should be
in the polit buro.

When you can not even make a link (litteraly or on the internet-wise),
you say people are satellites or "not-official" members. You don't even
bother anymore to present any proof at all.
For me personally, It get's even funnier. I am not even a satellite but
a full member. Sadly I don't deserve any links to webpages.
There goes your "derived from other documents written and put online by
Pvda/ptb-people themselves".

Maybe bacause I am not a member? According to your fuzzy logics and the
kind of organisations I have helped out doing tech stuff I'm a
progressive christian, a trotskist, a revolutionay socialist, a member
of the communist party, a progressive social-democrat, a green, an
anti-monopolist geek, a neighborhood-activist, an arab-nationalist and
gay. I am sure I forget a few organisations and that you could even make
out some extra links because I own a playstation.

<Sigh>,

Claudio, imc-belgium (getting ready for the personal attacks that
usually follow)
