[Imc-communication] NEW-IMC: help needed with background of new-imc working group

Hi,

As we've started some dialogue about the new-imc process a couple people 
have suggested we put together some kind of list of relevant posts about 
the new-imc process to provide background.  In general, I think that's a 
good idea.

The problem is, I've sat down a couple times to do that and found it to be 
a pretty difficult task.  The first time I tried my summaries were so vague 
they wouldn't have been helpful to anyone.  Then I took another path and 
started to detail every twist and turn of the development of the new-imc 
process, which turned out to be way too much information.

Is there anyone out there who may be interested in helping me with 
this?  Two brains are much better than one.

P.S. I think the posts that have come through this list so far about the 
new-imc process have been quite good and seem to be providing decent 
context.  I hope many people can to follow along, even without specific 
knowledge of all the ins and outs of new-imc working group history.
