Nick,

One collective of the Phillipines reacted on the fact that their case is
used as a precedent.
Unfortunately the people subscribed to the processlist were not able to
read their mail because a facilitator invented some strange reason that
the "debate on the belgian dispute was closed".
http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/imc-process-facilitate/2005-June/0609-ke.html

Strange indeed because later a mail from a certain zweistein/zetejev
came easily through on the list. The mail was about the belgian dispute.
But even more: it came from someone who is not nor has ever been active
in any imc. The only thing he did for imc is publishing the anti-imc
blog http://stalingate.blogspot.com/
http://lists.indymedia.org/pipermail/imc-process/2005-June/0623-vh.html

I wrote two mails at the process list to ask a question about it.
But ... the mails didn't came through.

Maybe it is time that we start some reflexion on the working methods of
this whole process stuff.

Now we see that logic being applied to non-disaffiliation proposals -- in the best Orwellian newspeak, offered to us as "compromise proposals."

Why do you refer to "the precedent (Brisbane)" and ignore the fact that all these materials refer to two precedents, with the one you leave out being more relevant to renaming a national named IMC?
