Gek,

The proposal was published with a deadline 18 days later, and now it
is another 18 days after that deadline.  Maybe if a European
collective that was out of the language loop had a block, I would
support extending the deadline a little, but no such block occurred.

I don't know what you are going for here, but I encourage all of us to
try to contribute constructively to our decisions and our work. 
Instead of arguing all these angles about our processes, could you
make it clear if you have a main concern, and if it is a process
concern or one more related to the specific case of Belgium?

what it is that you think is going on exactly, other than the network
using its processes to resolve the difficult case of a national
collective that has such a high level of conflict with the local
collectives of that country.
