My question: how relevant is inter-imc editorial policy arguments
to kicking an IMC out of the network or removing their participation
in imc-process?

Arguments like this about open publishing, newswire moderation,
editorial policy have gone on and on and on for 5 years now and
include opinions from one end of the spectrum (total moderation /
germany, for instance) to the other (totally open newswire and
no editorial content / sydney, for instance). This diversity in
editorial policy between local collectives is inherent to Indymedia.

There is much room for interpretation and I find it disturbing
that a particular editorial opinion is not only being passed off
as "what a real Indymedia does" but is being used as rationalization
for what's happening on imc-process by one of the imc-process
facilitators.

If, at one time, imc-belgium editorial felt it necessary to hide
anonymous posts about direct actions then ... ok. Maybe it was wrong,
maybe it was right but that happens within a local's autonomy and
let's get over it.
